Now that construction is complete, we need to test it. I would recommend that the first test be a fairly simple device, such as a lamp.
Plug the lamp into the module's outlet.
Connect a power supply of the appropriate voltage based on your relay to the 2 pins of the terminal block. In my case, I used a 5V power supply.
Plug the module's power cord into a wall outlet. At this point, the lamp should still be off.
Turn on the DC power supply. The lamp should turn on.
