Figure out where you want to put the terminal block that will be used to connect the signal wires. You'll probably want it on the side of the box about a third of the way down from the opening. This keeps it close enough to the top that you can still get at it to solder wires to it, but far enough down that it will be away from the outlet when we put that in the box. Drill 2 small holes into the box so that the pins of the terminal block will fit through.
Use a hot glue gun to glue the relay to the bottom of the electrical box so that the pins are pointed up. Also, hot glue the terminal block in place.
Solder the 2 loose ends of the signal wires to the 2 pins of the terminal block.
